I have a new app on my phone called the Chirpomatic! A Wallace and Grommet inspired way of identifying birds from their call. It actually seems to work too!

Im very tempted. I was so childishly excited to hear a cuckoo through the bedroom windows the other day (not that I need an app for that. Even I can recognise a cuckoo!)

Sounds good Jamanda. I have trouble with bird song, and there is a lot of it about at the moment. I don't do apps on my phone though as it is for use as a pay as you go phone and occasional photo only.
