Downsizer has always been about allowing small businesses scope for advertising and hence we have always shown free adverts for member rather than aid advertising.
I have just removed the current set of banners as since we have gone over to https, banners that don't use https will give us issues.
But the policy has not changed.
If you want a banner ask for one and supply one at :
728 x 90
If you can't host it on https we will.
