is really nice
they grow very nice plants and veg, the happiness of the place is noticeable .
i just cleared their fruit tree collection but next year's look good
if you happen to be needing a few plants and/or a cuppa etc it is a nice place to sort that out .

i got about a dozen m106 rootstocks as a bonus. they are a bit old and potbound but with some tlc they will make a base for grafting the apple types from the aincient ones around york
