my lovely new meat press, ceramic, cast iron, brass screw and handle etc arrived promptly and well packed (the salt beef was still cooking when i ordered it )

14 wide by 6 deep is frugal in centipedes, but my lump of moo is in inches

tiny delicates size, perfect but very wrong
the upside is posh pate and suchlike might get a try but for salt beef it still needs to be big bowl, plate, 4 pack of tinned beans and a 8 litre pan full of water which is kitchen jenga delux
