I mean, are we fairly confident that the phones are being reused/recycled as they state on their website?

I'm looking particularly at envirophone to get rid of my old mobile, having finally upgrade ...

I don't know if it's a local problem, or even a one-footpath problem (I haven't looked anywhere else yet), but I literally got three damsons this mornng on a one hour walk, and not a sloe in sight, de ...

That's true - I kind of don't think about that so much because I have the time, and I know I'd prefer to be doing things like knitting a pair of socks than being at work, so I'm prepared not to take t ...

I'm not talking about getting a free bench by carving your own wood (obviously this is cheaper), but by doing things like card making, knitted gifts or whatever.

Everyone I speak to seems to think ...

Thanks for the advice!

Brilliant idea about candle ends - I'll post on my local freecycle, and I'll ask my family to save their old candle ends too. They already think I'm such a weirdo that it won ...

I like your thinking Nettie!

I've just made a test batch of apple and plum jam with them (very yummy, not too much sugar needed, and hot pink!), and I'm contemplating making a load more and then tr ...

Maybe I could arrange for one to meet a tragic end this winter, then she'll have to get something nicer.

Will definitely try juicing - I think there's an ageing juicer kicking around the house some ...
