The camping and caravanning club run many weekend rallies and temporary holiday sites up to a month in places, through out the year. Only down side you need your own loo and power.

I live in a 1880's brick terrace. Roof insulated , double glasing most of which wont open.
Gas fires and oil filled electric rads for heating. Neither on very often.

why not just do a smaller wreath for their bedroom door. another option a jam jar to put candle in.stick a drawing pin in the bottom with florist tack (green sticky better than blue tack)

change all lights to LED it makes a huge difference. In my caravan the loo light alone was 10 watts changed all lights whole van roughly that now.

I have 2 dehumidifiers , one up one down in my house. Don't have to put heating on till mid Dec.
If I don't use the dehumidifiers the windows drip, I switched them on last week.

Do you mean an ear warmer type thing if so make it with button fasteners and do a holey design so the buttons can be done up at any point

my stitches are a bit loose so I use a smaller hook. is there a tension sq on pattern
