I see that you can get hold of big (23ltr) plastic carboys. In theory could you use this to make a big batch of wine rather than using demijohns?

Thankfully not a lot of bindweed here. Why not feed a bit to your rabbit and see what happens. I suspect that rabbits won't eat stuff that doesn't agree wiith them.

Chicken, rabbit, spuds, onions, shallots, garlic, strawberries, lettuce, blackcurrants. Tis been a good year so far and it's great to eat in season. So much more interesting.

why can't you run a one day course at your place showing people what to do - more interactive than a video would ever be.

I've made paper with my daughter. It's good fun. A good idea is to include dried out leaves when you lay the pulp onto the deckle. it's good fun and costs nothing - a big plus to my mind.
